Return & Exchange Policy

Return and exchange policy: 

Customers may request a refund for goods purchased within (   14     )days of receipt.

The following conditions must be met to be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The package must not be opened.
  • The item is not to be used.
  • The item must not be damaged in any way.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and with the original receipt.

Additional terms and conditions:

Before the return process can begin, the customer must print out a particular return form from the website and submit it to its Operator. The Operator must either approve or deny.

If the conditions are not met, the Operator reserves the right to refuse the return and refund.

On sale items, no refunds are permitted.

Customers who prefer an exchange over a refund may do so. Requests for exchange will be processed and either accepted or denied.

Customers must contact Operator before beginning the refund and return process. Customers will be given a return number before they can start the return process.

Exchanging defected devices: 

The customer has the right to request a replacement of his/her defected device if the terms of the warranty still applies, in case the customer received a defected device, or the device became defected within the duration of the applicable warranty terms, the customer has to inform us by sending an email to informing them about the case, a team member of the customer service team, will contact the customer to arrange for replacement.
